What happens if a concert is postponed?
Tickets are generally honored for the rescheduled date. Keep the tickets and check the event or venue information for the new schedule. If you have questions about an order placed through us, call our team so we can review it with you.
What happens if a concert is canceled and not rescheduled?
We provide a full refund under our cancellation policy when an event is canceled and not rescheduled. Published terms exclude shipping charges. A cancellation refund is separate from the 200% Satisfaction Guarantee.
What does the 200% Satisfaction Guarantee cover for concert tickets?
The guarantee covers three conditions: the tickets are authentic, they arrive in time for the concert, and they are the exact seats ordered or better. If an error on our end prevents one of those conditions from being met, we refund 200% of your money.
