A Great Place to Sit, INC. is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the business of buying and selling "FIRST RATE" and "SOLD -OUT" tickets at a premium for all local and national concert, theatre, and sporting events. This premium reflects our substantial costs in obtaining hard to find seats.
Tickets are a unique item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations except in the instances to follow. If an event is postponed, your tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. If an event is cancelled without a “make-up” date, you will receive a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets, minus any shipping charges. If you are denied admission to the ticketed event, unless such denial is due to the actions or omissions of you, the purchaser, you will receive a full refund minus any shipping charges. If your tickets are not delivered in the manner requested by you, the purchaser, in the ordering process, and pursuant to any delivery guarantee made by A Great Place To Sit, INC. and such delivery failure results in you, the purchaser's inability to attend the ticketed event you will receive a full refund minus any shipping charges.
There are no exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made, for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, treat them just like cash and keep them in a safe place out of direct sunlight or heat.
On occasion, the tickets you request may no longer be available at the time your order is received. A Great Place To Sit, INC. will attempt to find equal or better tickets for the same price, and in this case your order will not be completed until you are contacted. In no way are you obligated to purchase these substitute tickets, just as A Great Place To Sit, INC. is in no way responsible for inventory that is no longer available.
We are not affiliated with Ticket Master, or any venue, box office or theatre. In some instances A Great Place To Sit, INC. is not the issuer, original seller, or reseller of the ticket or items, and does not control the pricing of the ticket or items, which may be resold for more than their original value. All tickets sold by A Great Place to Sit, INC. are a part of a complete package, which may include transportation, dinner, hotel, parties, or other amenities.
